Terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n Based in Ribeirao Claro, Parana, Brazil, Carolina operates in the southern and southeastern portions of the country. The company manufactures and markets more than 20 dairy product lines under brands such as Carolina, VeryGurt, and Gluck and employs 390.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are delighted to add Carolina\u2019s strong brands and talented team to DHS growing international business,\u201d said Fernando Aguirre, DHS Vice Chairman. \u201cCarolina\u2019s strong capabilities in yogurt and dairy will accelerate DHS\u2019 growth in Brazil.
