MIAMI, FL — April 13, 2026 — (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) — In an era where a nation’s stability and economic continuity are increasingly dictated by digital resilience, Rafael Donadío has emerged as a pivotal figure in the United States’ technological landscape. Recently honored with the prestigious TOP ENTREPRENEURS Award and recognized as a key protagonist at eMerge Americas 2025, Donadío is redefining the role of a Software Architect. His work has transcended mere technical execution, evolving into a form of essential structural engineering critical to national security and the protection of the American public sector.

A legacy of national impact: From Argentina to Florida

Donadío’s journey to becoming a strategic asset for the state of Florida began with a foundation of high-stakes, large-scale systems. In South America, he was a primary architect behind the implementation of the National Electronic Invoicing System (AFIP) in Argentina. This was not merely a software update; it was a systemic revolution that modernized the economy of an entire nation.

This «mission-critical» experience—handling national data flows with a zero-tolerance policy for error and a focus on data immutability—provided the blueprint for his current mission in the United States. Today, that expertise serves as the digital shield protecting the infrastructure of Orange and Osceola Counties. By applying the rigors of national-level economic systems to local government frameworks, Donadío has ensured that Central Florida’s public institutions operate with world-class reliability.

eMerge Americas 2025: Leading the global dialogue

At the Miami Beach Convention Center during eMerge Americas 2025, Donadío stood out as a strategic interlocutor in the most advanced discussions regarding the future of technology. While global leaders and Silicon Valley icons debated the abstract potential of «Smart Cities» and the democratization of Artificial Intelligence, Donadío showcased real-world applications of his proprietary methodologies.

His participation was centered on the urgent need for Zero Trust Architecture—a security model that assumes threats are already present and requires continuous verification. Donadío demonstrated how his custom-built APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) are currently being used to unify fragmented government data. By breaking down «data silos» within public administrations, he has enabled Florida’s public schools and emergency services to utilize elite-level cybersecurity that was previously only accessible to Fortune 500 companies.

Democratizing technology for public safety and education

A cornerstone of Donadío’s professional philosophy is a radical commitment to Technological Sovereignty. He believes that public institutions should not be held hostage by exorbitant licensing fees or closed-source systems that limit their autonomy.

Through his firm, Custom Creations Contractors, Donadío has been a steadfast partner to the St. Cloud Police Department since 2014, providing the logistical and digital support necessary for law enforcement to maintain operational excellence. Perhaps his most significant contribution to the Florida community is his decision to deliver high-value, proprietary APIs for vectorization, digital imaging, and mockups to public schools at no cost.

In an industry where specialized software can cost school districts millions of dollars, Donadío’s altruism has provided a massive financial relief. By eliminating these economic barriers, he has allowed hundreds of thousands of dollars to be redirected from software vendors back into the classroom, directly benefiting students, teachers, and extracurricular programs.

Bridging the Gap: The intersection of code and community

Donadío’s differential lies in his «systemic vision.» Unlike traditional developers who solve isolated problems, Donadío builds ecosystems. His work for Genexus by Globant and GDM has placed him at the heart of high-level decision-making for some of the world’s most influential tech organizations. However, his focus remains local.

«My mission is to ensure that the technology sustaining our society remains sovereign, modern, and secure,» says Donadío. «Innovating to protect what I love—my community and the families of this nation—is what drives my commitment. We are not just building software; we are building the trust that allows our society to function in a digital age.»

As the recipient of the Top Entrepreneurs Award, Donadío’s business acumen is as sharp as his technical skill. He has successfully navigated the competitive U.S. market by proving that ethical innovation and national interest are not mutually exclusive.

About Rafael Donadío

Rafael Donadío is a world-class Software Architect, Strategic Consultant, and Entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in high-complexity digital ecosystems. He is a recognized expert in Zero Trust Security, API Design, and Governmental Digital Transformation.

Throughout his career, he has served as a bridge between private sector innovation and public sector necessity. As a consultant for Globant and GDM, he has influenced the technological roadmaps of multinational corporations, while simultaneously dedicating his talent to the protection of U.S. public infrastructure. Based in Orlando, Florida, Donadío is a frequent speaker at global forums such as eMerge Americas and is widely regarded as a thought leader in the pursuit of American technological sovereignty.

His firm, Custom Creations Contractors, continues to be a leading provider of specialized technical services for law enforcement and educational institutions across Central Florida.

— The Long Road to Hope: Ending Parkinson’s Disease, a documentary by CHetUR on communities across the US —

BROOKLYN, NY — April 10, 2026 — (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) — In observance of World Parkinson’s Day, Hispanic Information and Telecommunication Network, Inc. (HITN), the leading Spanish-language public media network in the United States will broadcast The Long Road to Hope: Ending Parkinson’s Disease, a documentary produced by the University of Rochester Center for Health and Technology (CHeT), on Saturday, April 11, at 5:00 PM EDT. The program can also be viewed on demand on HITNGo.

Based on the Parkinson’s Foundation’s estimate of more than 1.1 million people in the United States living with Parkinson’s disease and 2023 U.S. Census data showing around 62 million Hispanics nationwide, an estimated 200,000 Hispanics in the U.S. are currently living with Parkinson’s disease. This number underscores the importance of continuing to grow Spanish-language resources, culturally responsive outreach, and Hispanic representation in Parkinson’s research.

“Teaming up with the University of Rochester Center for Health and Technology to air The Long Road to Hope is exactly the kind of work HITN exists to do. We want to ensure that Hispanics living with Parkinson’s disease in this country have information in their language, with relevant stories and knowledge that reflects our community and that hope — and prevention — are real possibilities. This broadcast is our commitment to being a trusted space with valuable information,” said Erika Vogt-Lowell, Vice President of Content, HITN

The University of Rochester Center for Health and Technology produced The Long Road to Hope, based on the book Ending Parkinson’s Disease, co-written by Dr. Ray Dorsey, a neurologist and leading advocate for raising awareness and advancing the global effort to prevent and ultimately end Parkinson’s disease.

«We hope the stories of those in The Long Road to Hope light a way to a world where Parkinson’s is increasingly rare. For almost all, Parkinson’s is preventable. Two centuries of Parkinson’s is enough. Let’s be the generation that brings about the fall of this terrible disease,» said Dr. Ray Dorsey, co-author of Ending Parkinson’s Disease (endingpd.org) and The Parkinson’s Plan (pdplan.org).

About the Documentary

The Long Road to Hope: Ending Parkinson’s Disease profiles twelve extraordinary individuals navigating life with Parkinson’s disease, offering an intimate window into their personal journeys and their shared determination to confront — and ultimately end — this debilitating illness. The documentary draws on the work of leading researchers, advocates, and patients to make the case that for almost all, Parkinson’s is preventable, and that meaningful progress is within reach.

Dr. María De León, neurologist, movement-disorders specialist, and patient ally, brings a deeply personal perspective to this documentary: she lives with the disease herself. Through her books Parkinson’s Diva and Viviendo más allá del Parkinson, and years of commitment to her community, Dr. De León has worked tirelessly to advance meaningful Spanish-language outreach and greater Hispanic representation in Parkinson’s research.

The broadcast of The Long Road to Hope represents a landmark moment in HITN’s mission to deliver meaningful and relevant health content to Hispanic communities across the United States.

NEW YORK, NY — April 9, 2026 — (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) — Purpura Cow Media, Creator Sports Network, Brilla Media, and Nueva Network today announced the joint launch of VIVO Sports: After Party, a first-of-its-kind creator-led social live streaming platform built for U.S. Latino soccer fans.

Hosted by the legendary analyst Jorge Ramos, ‘El Presidente’ Fernando Fiore, and talented newcomer Peter Fraga, the platform will deliver 50+ live “After Party” programs tied to the historic 2026 Summer of Futbol, featuring a record number of Latin American countries.

Backed by guaranteed Creator-Casts Social Live Stream, web and social distribution, VIVO SPORTS will bring together leading Latino soccer voices and celebrity guests, to debate, analyze, and put on an “After Party” like never before – in celebration of the world’s most exciting competition, in real time, 90-minute broadcasts.

Nueva Network’s QueOnnda digital network will also be a major content hub for all of the live streams during, and after the broadcasts with distribution of hot reels on their social outlets.

“What makes the Vivo Sports – After Party compelling for brands is not only the legendary talents of Jorge, and Fernando but scale at the moment it matters most,” said Mario Dueñas, CEO of Purpura Cow Media, the Executive Producer of Vivo Sports. “Additionally, with our distribution through Creator Casts, brands aren’t just buying media—they’re tapping into live, trusted creator communities that already command massive, guaranteed, real-time audiences. That’s how you achieve true live video scale today.”

Positioned as an alternative to traditional match coverage, and not affiliated with the World Cup, VIVO SPORTS focuses on the action outside the goal posts—culture, controversy, fandom, social reaction, and community—through a distinctly Latino lens.

A new model for live sports conversation

The live shows, which launch on April 15th, will be fast-paced, opinion-driven, and culturally fluent, inspired by debate formats such as Around the Horn and built for real-time audience participation across social platforms including, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Each presentation will be simultaneously streamed through participating creators in the Creator Sports Network, extending guaranteed reach through trusted digital talent and social media achieving Unmatched Latino Reach and Scale.

The partnership combines the strengths of four complementary media leaders:

Vivo Sports, produced by Púrpura Cow Media

Creator Sports Network activating top sports-oriented creators with massive followings

Brilla Media, co-producer, marketing strategy and brand integration

Nueva Network, contributing the largest independently owned Spanish-language audio network in the U.S., plus millions of monthly digital and social impressions through Que Onnda.

Together, the alliance delivers a powerful blend of trusted personalities, digital-native creators, and live social engagement, reaching U.S. Hispanic and crossover audiences—particularly 18–34-49 Latino soccer enthusiasts—during the height of World Cup passion.

Built for brands, not interruptions

VIVO Sports is designed from the ground up for brand-safe, non-skippable integration, offering advertisers customizable sponsorship opportunities embedded directly into live creator feeds. Formats include branded graphics, live “moment” triggers, lower thirds, long-form video units, and social extensions—allowing brands to become part of the cultural conversation rather than interrupt it.

Why it matters

With the 2026 tournament spanning the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, and Latin American teams at the center of global fandom, VIVO Sports positions brands and creators at the intersection of culture, community, and real-time sports passion—a space increasingly driven by creators rather than traditional broadcasters.

This vibrant, family-friendly event is a Celebration of all things Latina, culture, community, and entrepreneurship. It happens one week ahead of the global spotlight on Los Angeles for FIFA, positioning LATINAFest as a powerful prelude to the city’s international moment.

This year’s theme, “UNSTOPPABLE,” reflects the undeniable growth, influence, and economic power of Latinas across the United States. From 2010 to 2022, the Latina population grew by 5.6 million—the largest numeric increase of any major female demographic group. Today, Latinas represent over 22.2 million women, making up 17% of all adult women in the U.S. as of 2024 and standing as the fastest-growing major female ethnic group in the country.

LATINAFest is rooted in the belief that Culture Is the New Currency, “Latinas are not a trend—we are the future of growth, said LATINAFest co-founder Bel Hernandez Castillo. “I have seen growth from our inception in 2018. Marketing to Latinas should not be considered a DEI initiative by corporations, it is a strategy that is good for business”.

A Celebration of Culture, Entrepreneurship & Community

At the heart of LATINAFest are its entrepreneurs. With over 100 exhibitors and vendors expected this year, the festival showcases Latina-owned businesses that are fueling economic growth nationwide. According to Forbes, Latina founders are starting businesses at faster rates than any other demographic group in the U.S.—a testament to the innovation and resilience that define this community.

“LATINAFest is more than a festival—it’s a movement,” said Co-founder Naibe Reynoso. “We are creating a space where culture, commerce, and community come together to celebrate the power and impact of Latinas.”

The 2026 festival will feature:

Keynote Speaker: Loriann Serna, celebrity event planner and founder of Wife of the Party, celebrating over 20 years of producing uniquely creative celebrations and weddings.

Growing Impact

With an attendance of over 4,000 guests in 2025, LATINAFest anticipates even greater growth in 2026 as its influence continues to expand across communities and industries.

— Partnership to power launch of Pure Flix Familia, combining mobile-first storytelling, cultural relevance, and brand integration opportunities —

NEW YORK, NY — April 8, 2026 — (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) — Great American Media today announced a micro drama development, distribution, and marketing partnership with Minivela, the first vertical shorts platform created specifically for U.S. Hispanic and Latin American audiences. The alliance will power the launch and expansion of Pure Flix Familia, a new Spanish-language and bilingual destination dedicated to faith- and family-centered storytelling, set to debut later this year.

The collaboration places both companies at the forefront of the rapidly expanding micro-drama category, combining Pure Flix’s established audience in faith and family entertainment with Minivela’s creator-driven, mobile-first production model tailored for U.S. Hispanic and Latin American viewers.

The announcement was made in New York during the ANA GrowthFronts, where Great American Pure Flix President and CEO Bill Abbott joined Minivela co-founders Manny Ruiz and Carlos Ponce to formally unveil the partnership, underscoring a shared commitment to advancing mobile-first, culturally resonant storytelling for Latino audiences.

Under the multi-project agreement, Minivela will produce a curated slate of premium micro-dramas—including original IP and adaptations from Pure Flix’s extensive content library—designed specifically for vertical viewing and values-driven audiences.

Following extensive due diligence, Pure Flix selected Minivela as its strategic partner based on the company’s decades-long track record across Hispanic media, storytelling, and film production, as well as its early leadership in the vertical short-form space.

“Manny and Carlos have a tremendous track record for innovation spanning decades in Hispanic media, entertainment, and cultural storytelling,” said Bill Abbott, President & CEO of Great American Pure Flix. “We’re delighted to build Pure Flix Familia with a highly creative and strategic partner that, like us, is deeply committed to storytelling that resonates with Latino audiences across the U.S. and Latin America.”

As part of the partnership, Minivela will leverage Pure Flix’s first-party audience insights to inform the development of new micro-dramas and adaptations tailored to family audiences. The slate will include vertical shorts in Spanish, English, and Spanglish, with production anchored in Miami, Los Angeles, New York, and key locations across Latin America.

In addition to producing exclusive content for Pure Flix Familia, Minivela will collaborate with Pure Flix on select distribution opportunities for its family-focused IP and advise on content acquisition strategies aimed at expanding reach among U.S. Hispanic and Latin American audiences. The companies will also work together on brand integrations and advertiser partnerships, creating new opportunities and distribution for marketers to connect with audiences through culturally relevant, story-driven content.

“What makes this partnership especially meaningful to me is the opportunity it creates for Latino writers, directors, and creators to bring their voices to values-driven storytelling within the Pure Flix Familia ecosystem,” said actor, producer, and Minivela co-founder Carlos Ponce, who is also set to star in upcoming Pure Flix Familia projects to be announced.

“Minivela could not be more aligned with the positive, compelling, faith- and family-centered stories we’re being entrusted to create with Pure Flix Familia,” said Ruiz, CEO of Minivela. “At a time when much of the micro-drama space is driven by volume over value, we’re proud to partner with Pure Flix to deliver universal stories that truly entertain, uplift, and connect.”

The alliance underscores Pure Flix’s long-term strategy to build a multi-platform ecosystem serving audiences seeking trusted, family entertainment, while positioning Minivela as a key creative and production partner in scaling culturally relevant, mobile-first storytelling.

Pure Flix Familia will launch later this year as a dedicated Spanish-language and bilingual destination rooted in faith, family, and universal values—expanding the Pure Flix mission to serve one of the fastest-growing and most underserved audiences in the global streaming marketplace.

There is a universal magic in the combination of ooey-gooey cheese, golden bread and a little butter – but in 2026, this comfort food classic is getting a functional upgrade.

It’s also safe to say nostalgia is delicious and addicting, which is why Borden Cheese is sharing not one, but two, prize-worthy recipes, one of which packs a protein punch and another that’s a pure classic, perfect for spreading smiles and happy bellies.

Protein, Please: The Protein Powerhouse is the Grilled Cheese of the Year, and it’s easy to see why. It’s a protein-packed masterpiece designed for the modern appetite. Featuring a creamy, dual-cheese combo of mild cheddar and Borden Mozzarella Cheese Melts, the sandwich is melted over 5 ounces of tender sliced chicken breast and delivers more than 40 grams of protein and about 8 grams of fiber when paired with the right bread. Served with a tangy Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard “powerhouse sauce” and pressed between golden, crispy bread, this grilled cheese isn’t your ordinary melt. It has been transformed into a massive protein boost.

Tried n’ True: While modern flavors and trends are delicious, nostalgia is too. In fact, a whopping 20,000 fans cast their votes for America’s Favorite Grilled Cheese, asserting a fervor that’s unmatched when it comes to their perfect melt, and awarded The Classic the title of “America’s Favorite.” This comforting recipe pairs extra sharp melts with American singles on sliced white bread for a perfect, ooey-gooey bite that reminds you the cheese truly “makes” the sandwich.

Visit BordenCheese.com/grilled-cheese-day for other ooey-gooey grilled cheese recipes created for 2026.

The Protein Powerhouse
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 slices bread fortified with protein and fiber
2 Borden Mild Cheddar Slices
1 slice Borden Mozzarella Melts
5 ounces sliced chicken breast (deli-shaved or thinly carved)

“Powerhouse” Sauce:
2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Heat griddle to medium heat. Butter bread. Layer cheeses and chicken on top of bread.

Place bread on griddle and cook until lightly toasted. Flip and cook other side.

Remove sandwich from skillet or griddle.

To make powerhouse sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder and smoked paprika until well blended. Slice sandwich in half and drizzle with Powerhouse sauce.

The Classic
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 slices white bread
2 slices Borden Extra Sharp Melts
2 slices Borden American Singles

Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Spread butter on one side of each slice bread.

Place cheese slices on unbuttered side of bread. Top with other slice of bread with butter facing upward.

Place sandwich on skillet or griddle and cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Using spatula, lightly press sandwich down gently while cooking to melt cheese better.

Remove from skillet or griddle and slice in half.

In recognition of Credit Education Month, the survey found that 55% of U.S. adults are now using credit cards as a financial lifeline to cover essential costs such as groceries, rent, and utilities—signaling a significant shift in how consumers are managing their day-to-day finances.

The findings indicate a transition from credit as a convenience to credit as a necessity. Nearly half of respondents (46%) report having maxed out at least one credit card, while 57% say ongoing inflation has forced them to carry higher monthly balances compared to a year ago.

The survey shows a sharp rise in financial strain over the past 12 months. Americans carrying a five-figure credit card balance ($10,000 or more) jumped from 23% in 2025 to 29% in 2026. This is the largest year-over-year increase in three years.

Forty-one percent of respondents now report an average Annual Percentage Rate (APR) above 21%, up from 33% one year ago. Twenty-two percent of respondents do not know their current APR, and with average interest rates currently hovering above 24%, this lack of awareness can lead to a debt spiral where high interest outpaces the ability to pay down the principal. In 2024, 56% of Americans said they would rely on credit cards during an emergency. That fell to 51% in 2025 but jumped to 61% this year—the highest level in three years.

Key Survey Findings:

Emergency Reliance: 80% of respondents who are already maxed out say they would still need to rely on credit cards if faced with a sudden financial emergency.

The Literacy Gap: Despite the financial pressure, 57% of respondents have never explored professional debt relief options, such as credit counseling or debt management plans.

On January 20, President Trump called for banks to cap credit card interest rates at 10% for one year and urged Congress to draft legislation to implement the proposal. The idea has sparked debate between consumer advocates and banking leaders over whether such a cap would help consumers or reduce access to credit.

Americans remain divided on whether the proposal could pass, but many believe it would provide meaningful financial relief:

36% believe the interest rate cap is realistic, achievable, and would be personally beneficial

35% say it would significantly reduce their debt

24% say the proposal is unrealistic

Only 6% worry it would make credit harder to access

Generational Differences

When it comes to potential financial impact, Gen X (43%) are the most likely to say a rate cap would significantly reduce their debt burden, followed by Millennials (38%), Gen Z (30%), and Baby Boomers (19%). At the same time, inflation is pushing younger and middle-aged consumers deeper into credit card reliance.

Gen X (39%) and Millennials (42%) are maxing out cards at significantly higher rates than Baby Boomers (14%)

56% of Gen Z say rising prices have forced them to use credit cards to make ends meet

66% of Millennials report relying on credit cards to get through the month

62% of Gen X say inflation has pushed them to rely more heavily on credit

Millennials and Gen X are also carrying the largest balances, with 35% of Millennials and 31% of Gen X reporting credit card debt exceeding $10,000.

Unexplored Debt Relief Options

Despite elevated balances and widespread high-interest rates, nearly half (46%) of Americans say they have not explored debt solutions. Balance transfers and do-it-yourself strategies are more common than structured relief options such as credit counseling or debt settlement.

A 10% cap or other legislative measures may provide future relief, but the immediate solution is education and aggressive debt management,” Dvorkin added. “Knowing your numbers is the first step toward regaining control.”
