As you may know, The Georgia Latino International Film Festival (GALIFF), the premier Latino film event in the country, with over 1,500 attendees live and thousands of attendees online. The GALIFF returns as the only event of its kind in the southeast. With a dynamic lineup of films and industry-leading conversations planned for Hispanic Heritage Month 2021. The Georgia Latino Film Festival brings together the best of Latino and Georgia filmmakers from the state, country and around the world. Attendees come from all over the spectrum state representatives and the diplomatic corps, Hispanic Celebrities and Entertainers, Administration officials, members of the media, and various community advocates – come and support of the Georgia Latino Film Alliance and Festival (GALIFF).

The weekend will begin with a Georgia studio visit for our High School Students where they will receive training from film professionals on Thursday from 10 am – 2 pm.
Day 1 Evening Sponsor Appreciation Dinner at Fogo De Chao Buckhead.
Day 2 Workshops, Seminar Short Films, and presentations by industry professionals. Opening night VIP reception at 6:30 pm Cultural Music and opening night premiere at 7:30 pm.
Day 3 has more industry workshops, master classes, and workshops, long-form films, and documentaries. Concluding with An Evening with Andy Garcia and Gloria Estefan (invited), Georgia Film community honors directors, filmmakers, ending with music. The Georgia Latino International Film Fiesta (Gala) will top the evening with music and dancing afterwards at the Georgia Latino Film Fiesta. This Gala benefits the Georgia Latino Film Alliance foundation’s various activities that include its Director’s and Writer’s program, “Movie’s para el Pueblo” and our Youth Cinema Project – elementary and High School film curriculum for the students in Gwinnett and our Friday Film School workshops with MPA for professionals.
GALIFF was founded in 2011 to advance the presence of Latinos and people of color in the media, communications, and entertainment industries. The Foundation has concentrated in increasing access for Hispanic artists and professionals while fostering the emergence of new Hispanic talent.
Georgia Latino International Film Festival screenings include conversations with filmmakers, producers, and distributors, giving our attendees, a great opportunity to network and engage with industry professionals who are committed to the inclusion of more Latino and African Americans.
