LOS ANGELES, CA – May 4 2016 – (HISPANICIZE WIRE) – Gaby Natale and the TV show SuperLatina, where she serves as host and executive producer, made history at the 43rd annual Daytime Emmy® Awards, by winning the two awards the show was nominated for, making it a first for an independently-produced Spanish language show.
Natale and her nationally syndicated TV show SuperLatina won for Outstanding Daytime Talent in a Spanish Language Program and Outstanding Entertainment Program in Spanish, respectively.
“Like I said in my acceptance speech, this show started almost 10 years ago in Odessa, Texas, where I painted the first TV set we used for the show with my own hands. Fast forward to today and these same hands are now holding two Daytime EMMY®Awards. I’ve always believed that great things can happen when you work hard and embrace your true self”, said Natale.
Now on its second nationally-syndicated season through PBS’s Spanish-language sister station VmeTV, SuperLatina presents in-depth, long format interviews with newsmakers like Deepak Chopra, Carlos Santana and Cristina Saralegui.
