TALLAHASSEE, FL – March 6, 2014 – (HISPANICIZE WIRE) – The Latina Mom Bloggers network is partnering with The Center for Hispanic Marketing Communication at Florida State University to conduct research that will help identify attitudes toward blogging as a business and opportunities currently influencing blogging as a profession among Latinos.
“Our research partnership with FSU reinforces our commitment to providing culturally relevant campaigns and insights for our clients, while providing our network members with quality campaigns that will resonate with them as Latinos”
With the growing presence of Latino and multicultural social media influencers, the research aims to decipher key trends information relating to why bloggers are engaged in content production, what content areas are relevant, what motivates these entrepreneurs and what are some of their key concerns as they continue developing their online media platforms as a business in many cases.
“Our research partnership with FSU reinforces our commitment to providing culturally relevant campaigns and insights for our clients, while providing our network members with quality campaigns that will resonate with them as Latinos,” said Angela Sustaita-Ruiz, Latina Mom Bloggers Co-Founder and Hispanicize 2014 Founder and Partner. “We look forward to building upon this collaboration to continue to analyze the evolution of this space.”
The survey will specifically provide data from the geographic locations of Latino bloggers in the US and how many years they have been blogging to their content-production language preferences, how their blogging opportunities have grown and their overall optimism regarding industry and community growth. Other blogging influences also are being analyzed via the study.
Latina Mom Bloggers and the Center for Hispanic Marketing Communication will present its research findings during various sessions at the upcoming Hispanicize 2014, the annual Latino trends event taking place April 1-4, 2014, at the InterContinental Miami hotel in downtown Miami, FL.
