MIAMI, FL – January 21, 2015 – (HISPANICIZE WIRE) – Downtown Miami will be abuzz mid-March with the tweets, vines and other social media posts from Hispanicize 2015, the nation’s largest gathering of Latinos in social media, marketing, journalism and entertainment, March 16-20 in downtown Miami.

“Hispanicize celebrates Latino innovators and trendsetters through a very successful and influential event and we could not find a better opportunity for Alma to get involved in the growth of the online Latino presence”

This year Alma is joining forces with Hispanicize as an official social media sponsor of the event.

“Alma is raising the bar in executing social media programs for numerous blue chip clients and we’re proud to have them showcase that work and their expertise as part of Hispanic Market Industry Showcase,” said Manny Ruiz, Founder and Creative Director of the sixth annual Hispanicize event.

The sponsorship is a seamless fit for Alma, who will be hosting a panel on their Social Media Lab, a proprietary tool that uniquely helps marketers learn from Hispanics’ online conversations. Additionally, Alma’s thought leaders will share their experience working in the Hispanic online community with recent projects such as McDonald’s Latino, State Farm Latino, and Rosetta Stone Latino, among others. Most recently, Alma helped to launch TheFactsNow.com, an entirely interactive Tumblr site for Tobacco Free Florida aimed at preventing teen smoking.

“Hispanicize celebrates Latino innovators and trendsetters through a very successful and influential event and we could not find a better opportunity for Alma to get involved in the growth of the online Latino presence”, said Luis Miguel Messianu, President/ CCO of the Miami-based agency. The weeklong conference expects more than 2,100 of the nation’s most influential Latino professionals from the industries of blogging, journalism, music, marketing, film and business over five days.

Hispanicize 2015 is set to take place at the Intercontinental Hotel. With the creation of #Hispz15 everyone can join in on the event through social media platforms and follow the conversation.
