Wilson will be responsible for ensuring the company is operating within the law at all times, and also setting the strategy and implementing strategic goals from a legal perspective. She will report directly to CEO Lenard Liberman. She will also be responsible for overseeing insurance and risk management, ethics and business compliance, real estate, human resources, intellectual property, as well as corporate governance and business policy, and various other functions requiring legal management oversight.
A seasoned 20-year attorney, Wilson comes to LBI Media, Inc., with 14 years of senior counsel experience, most recently at Cast & Crew Entertainment Services where she served as vice president and general counsel, as well as senior counsel positions at Valley Crest Companies and Meggitt PLC.
