MIAMI, FL – January 27, 2017 – (HISPANICIZE WIRE) – Organizers of Hispanicize 2017 today named six-time Emmy Award-winning “Primer Impacto” anchor Pamela Silva Conde and Ana Wolfington, producer and director of the Wolfington Foundation, as co-chairs of the 2017 Positive Impact Awards (PIAs). Both Conde and Wolfington have shown tremendous support and commitment to a long roster of organizations and initiatives aimed at improving quality of life across the country. As co-chairs, they will promote the nomination and voting process, support efforts to raise the program’s visibility nationwide and serve as judges for this year’s nominees.

The Positive Impact Awards-presented by Prudential Financial-recognize our everyday heroes who dedicate their time, resources and knowledge in order to serve, advance and/or mobilize the U.S. Hispanic community.

“Pamela Silva Conde and Ana Wolfington are both exceptional examples for our community of strong Latinas who are constantly innovating and evolving, all while immersing themselves in improving their communities,” said Manny Ruiz, Founder and CEO of the Hispanicize Media Group that owns the Hispanicize Event. “This program is very dear to my heart and we are grateful to have such strong leaders join our efforts in inspiring the nation to join forces for the greater good.”
