LOS ANGELES, CA – December 25, 2014 – (HISPANICIZE WIRE) – This holiday season miCOACHmx College and Career Planning is investing in local families including youth, parents and seniors, by donating access for a full year to their career exploration and educational planning system for 2,500 disadvantaged families in Southern California. Through their network of churches, non-profits and faith based organizations, access will be provided to its unique on-line learning and skill mastery programs and facilitated workshops beginning in the New Year.
These are well-received resources for disadvantaged low-wage earning families, who are seeking good jobs, bilingual job training and job advancement. These resources and custom teaching curriculums being offered by miCOACHmx have been designed to level the playing field for immigrant populations who may benefit from working with bilingual career specialists to transition to better paying jobs and safer industries.
miCOACHmx College and Career Planning is a career and workforce development social enterprise created to serve Latino youth and their families with educational development services that lead to greater personal success and higher wages. Specialized programming has been designed to create awareness and build practical and relevant skills in preparation for entering the workforce.
