MIAMI, Florida – January 27, 2014 – (HISPANICIZE WIRE) – Discovery en Español travels to Latin America in MISIÓN INNOVACIÓN, an original miniseries that takes an inside look at the history, operations and successes of some of the region’s most prestigious companies. MISIÓN INNOVACIÓN will premiere Monday at 7PM E/ 4PM P starting January 27.
The first episode of MISIÓN INNOVACIÓN, follows engineers, technicians and other staff at NISSAN’s plant in Aguascalientes, Mexico as they prepare to take on a new challenge: assembling a vehicle every 55 seconds to meet the growing demand for automobiles. In the process, viewers will learn each of the fascinating steps involved in making a car and the vital role employee ingenuity, dedication and creativity play in the company’s success. Established in 1982, this Nissan factory exports vehicles to more than 100 countries and employs close to 6,200 people.
