HOUSTON, Texas – July 28, 2017 – (HISPANICIZE WIRE) – The Hispanicize event’s Artist on the Rise platform will make its Hispanicize Texas debut with a closing bash performance by The Voice finalist Valerie Ponzio at Houston’s iconic Henke & Pillot, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. this Saturday.
Presented by Latina CEO and in partnership with Kaleidoscope Houston and Henke & Pillot, the event will feature a major networking and music evening packed with notable cultural influencers. Henke & Pillot will offer complimentary drinks and light snacks for all Hispanicize Texas badge holders.
Ponzio was featured on this year’s season of The Voice and since her appearance has moved to Nashville, where she is pursuing her love of country music as one of the music genre’s few Latina singers. “Being from the Texas border has shaped my perspective and voice,” Ponzio said. “I’m excited to share my music with Texas notables and with country music lovers.”

The Traveling Live Art Canvas will be placed at Houston City Hall during the upcoming Hispanic Heritage Month festivities.
