MIAMI, FL — May 3, 2022 — (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) — The Ibero-American Festival of Creativity 2022 (FIAP 2022), which will be held virtually on October 6 of this year, officially announce the call for registrations that would end on the 14th of August. The pieces registered before May 16 will have a 10% discount on the registration value.
For this edition, strategic alliances with local creative clubs and associations will continue, which include: Argentina (Diente), Mexico (Círculo de Oro), Peru (Ideas), Portugal (Club de Creativos), Puerto Rico (Cúspide), Paraguay (Tatakua), Spain (C of C), Bolivia (Locoto), Panama (Caribbean), Uruguay (Desachate) and Hispanic USA (Addy).
Additionally, this time Colombia, Ecuador, and Chile will be joining the alliance with FIAP. The first with the local IAB Mixx Colombia award; the second with the first edition of the IAB Mixx Chile; and the third with the Awards. Also, FIAP will work hand in hand with the Women Creative Circles of these nations, reaffirming its commitment to promote their empowerment in the industry.
In 2021, 35% of FIAP’s finalists were directly included in the shortlist for having won their locals awards this benefit will continue in this new edition. “We seek to continue promoting and recognizing the best creativity in the region,” said FIAP CEO, Daniel Marcet, in regard to these alliances in an interview with PRODU, who for the second consecutive year works in partnership to organize the festival.
In this edition, the categories are not only renewed but also cover broadly innovation in formats, content, technology, and production. “Among others, with the incorporation of the category of creativity in NFTs, including those defined as art, generative art, PFP collections, and music,” explained Marcet. In addition, all fields regarding health include the subject of the pandemic, and the category of New Business is making its debut.
#FIAP2022 includes a jury of more than 200 members, the most representative in the region. As part of the global transformation, the festival will continue with its innovative evaluation method that guarantees to recognize and reward the best Ibero-American pieces.
The 2022 main award categories are: Formats, Innovation, Ads, and Production. This division reflects the impressive change in the industry; particularly in the relationship with brands, agencies, media, production, and distribution according to the reality experienced by audiences, communication, entertainment, and technology.
