MIAMI, FL – May 29, 2014 – (HISPANICIZE WIRE) – Hispanicize event (www.HispanicizeEvent.com) fans, the march to Hispanicize 2015 Week has officially begun!

With a vow to raise the bar higher than ever before, organizers of the nation’s largest U.S. Hispanic trends event announced that Hispanicize 2015 Week will take place March16-20, 2015 in downtown Miami.

A production of the Hispanicize companies that include the Latina Mom Bloggers network, Being Latino, Hispanicize Wire and the Hispanic PR Blog, Hispanicize 2015 is expected to eclipse the more than 1,700 Latino influencers from the fields of blogging, marketing, journalism, film, music and tech entrepreneurship that attended this year’s event.

(See the official recap for Hispanicize 2014 here: http://youtu.be/AYizCcZ0D0k).

“We’ve done a lot of homework to ensure Hispanicize 2015 is a more creative, ambitious, engaging, entertaining and relevant event than anything anybody could ever imagine,” said Manny Ruiz, chairman of the Hispanicize companies. “We will spare no resources in delivering a world class program that will be simply astonishing in depth, quality and polish.”

HISPANICIZE HX EVENTS RETURN

In preparation for the 2015 event, Hispanicize will once again host a series of sponsored multi-industry regional events that will spotlight talented Latinos, including music artists and more. The so-called Hispanicize HX events will be held in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Chicago, among other cities. Sponsorship opportunities for those regional events and the national event are available by contacting sponsorship@hispanicizeevent.com.

Below are some key questions and answers about Hispanicize 2015:

Q: Hispanicize 2015 is slated to take place in late March. Why did you move it from April?

A: Hispanicize always takes place in early April but in looking at the 2015 calendar we didn’t want to conflict with Easter Week, Spring Break and the Jewish Passover. Late March in Miami keeps us in the prime time period of our event and works wonderfully for our northern friends who will appreciate getting out of the cold.

Q: Is the event five full days?

A: As it has since 2013, Hispanicize consists of a big “pre-event” day that is specially tailored to bloggers, media and marketers on Monday, March 16 and then four full days. Every day will matter and every day will prove surprising in a very special way.

Q: SXSW overlaps with some of your March dates. How do you think that will that impact Hispanicize 2015?

A: Hispanicize is one of a kind and will hold its own because of its razor-focus, relentless devotion to all things U.S. Hispanic media, marketing and entertainment. Our corporate partners are already lining up and we believe that God willing Hispanicize 2015 will be the greatest event created yet in terms of scope, scale, focus, quality speakers, entertainment and business opportunities in the U.S. Hispanic space. Over the course of the next several weeks and months, you’ll understand why we feel so forcefully about Hispanicize 2015.

Q: Who are the key audiences you want to attract to Hispanicize 2015?

A: We’re staying true to our core key audiences: bloggers, brand marketers and journalists. At the same time we have a growing following from the Latin music industry, tech entrepreneurship and film industries so they too will continue to find great content, speakers and connections at the event. Collectively they make Hispanicize be what it is.

From an audience point of view the biggest change in 2015 will be that we will begin to open parts of the event more to the general public. We will do that in such a way that at its core the event is true to the influencers but in others it’s more accessible to the public. Our goal is not to be a monster size event but to focus on quality vs. quantity.

Q: What else will you be doing differently next year?

A: We’re always proud to say that “you never know what to expect at Hispanicize” and in 2015 we will up the ante significantly to underscore that slogan. Our call for sessions and speakers is going out next week and will culminate much earlier than ever, October 31, precisely because of the new things we’re about to announce. Just as the 3M Positive Impact Awards greatly enhanced our program this year, we believe new things are on the horizon that will further revolutionize the event.

Q: When will Hispanicize 2015 begin to connect with potential sponsors?

A: For sponsors with big vision stuff, right now is important. Sponsorship opportunities are available by contacting us via email at sponsorships@hispanicize.com.
