ATLANTA, GA — September 12, 2022 — (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) — Nuestro Stories Publisher and Brilla Media Ventures Co-Founder Manny Ruiz has been appointed to the board of the Georgia Latino International Alliance and Film Festival, which celebrates its 11th anniversary this year.
“Through the years, Manny’s been a trusted mentor to our festival so we’re very happy to see that through his current work with Nuestro Stories, and Brilla’s film projects, Manny’s passion aligns with our festival’s focus,” said Yvette Moises, GALFAs President, and Co-Founder.

This year’s program will be comprised of feature films, episodic, music, XR projects, and short films, including those from GALIFF’s and HBOMax/Warner Media’s Latino Short Film Festival. The Short film festival, created to develop next-generation film makers extensive and inclusive opportunities for underrepresented groups within the Latino community, and select ten visionary Latino directors.
