Awards program is from 8 to 9:30 p.m. followed by an after Party from 9:30-11 p.m. Latin GRAMMY-winning Puerto Rican singer Luis Fonsi will headline the second annual Positive Impact Awards, a national program presented by 3M that recognizes outstanding Latinos who give back to their communities.
