Palme d’Or will serve a five-course menu by Chef Rogelio featuring elegant twists on French holiday-inspired dishes such as veal with spinach purée, wild mushrooms, potato tri-color carrots and sage veal jus or a beef tenderloin with sunchoke purée, sunchoke confit, asparagus, black peppercorn demi and a traditional Buche de Noel chocolate or fruit for dessert.

Featuring traditional favorites, seasonal specialties and a host of delectable desserts, this holiday brunch is the perfect holiday family occasion.
