The invitee list included scores of eye care providers and practices in Puerto Rico, including Dr. Dick Robles from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry. Cruz presented the idea of a local, personalized Optical Service Center designed to deliver an improved service experience, technology advancements, and enhanced profit potential to the eye care providers.
