
MIAMI, FL – December 8, 2014 – (HISPANICIZE WIRE) – Vme TV, the only national Spanish-language television network affiliated with public television stations, will offer a festive block of holiday programming this Christmas Eve, featuring some of the most talented and well-known musicians. Beginning at 7 p.m. E/P on December 24, 2014, viewers can enjoy an entire night of harmonious sounds from the world-famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir and some of the world’s most celebrated gospel, blues and classical voices.
Vme TV will kick off the night at 7 p.m. E/P with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Orchestra at Temple Square and Bells on Temple Square as they come together to interpret Christmas carols and holiday favorites alongside renowned artists such as Natalie Cole, Angela Lansbury, David Archuleta and many more.

From 7 p.m. E/P to 8 p.m. E/P the Mormon Tabernacle Choir will continue the festivities alongside Orchestra at Temple Square to perform a concert full of holiday classics, including “Joy to the World” – “O, Come All Ye Faithful” – “Angels from the Realms of Glory” – “I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day” and many more.
The celebrations at 10 p.m. E/P through 11 p.m. E/P feature performances from celebrated Motown gospel and blues singer, Gladys Knight and distinguished recording artist Natalie Cole when they take the stage to perform seasonal favorites, traditional carols, uplifting spirituals, and more next to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square.
Vme TV viewers will then be able to close out Christmas Eve with international singing sensation, David Archuleta and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir at 11 p.m. E/P. Together, they will perform the captivating music of the season in “Una Navidad Maravillosa con David Archuleta,” a musical and spoken word special program.
At 12 a.m. E/P on December 25th, the United States Naval Academy Glee Club, with members of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra and internationally-recognized guest soloists will deliver, “Handel’s Messiah: A United States Naval Academy Tradition,” a unique performance of one of the greatest choral works in Western music. This amazing event was recorded inside the spectacular Chapel on the grounds of the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland and is sure to be the perfect event to ring in Christmas Day.
